Expression of consent or dissent to the donation and organs that can be donated
One can express their objection by signing in the register of objections, by written declaration bearing a handwritten signature, or by oral statement made in the presence of at least two witnesses, confirmed by their signature.
Consent is expressed through the request for the donor’s card issued by the Poltransplant center, or from a declaration of membership at the time of renewal of the identity card. The practice of silence-consent is in force.
